Cancellation Policy

to cancel or reschedule it must be done 24 hours before your appointment, contact us by email info@queenofcleanup.com or by whats app 613-286-7071 or 613-777-4595 If you decide to cancel or reschedule 23 hours within your appointment, you will have to pay $100 for late cancellation. All payments are to be made on the day of your cleaning by 6pm or else a late $10 fee will be applied.
